Under the supervision our care manager, a nursing assistant are present 16 hours/day, 7/7 and attendants 24/24, 7/7 to meet your needs We can offer up to 2 hours of daily care in apartment and studio, in the limit of our certification. The call system placed in your home allows them to respond immediately to your call. The night patrol can com into your home at your request. We do blood drawing for analysis and ship them to the laboratory when needed. A la carte, care assistance in the morning, in the evening, assistance with dressing and hygiene can be provided. Similarly, support to move around within the residence is provided. We can also provide care during periods of convalescence, within the limits of our skills. A doctor approved by the RAMQ is present every 15 days at his office in the residence. Jean Coutu and Proxim pharmacies of Saint Lambert, make delivery trips several times a day, and, like any pharmacy of your choice, take charge of your medication. |
